What we expect from you…
- Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide an outstanding customer service and membership experience — we treat our families like family here
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at every event
- Communicate confidently with parents and represent The Little Gym brand professionally
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training
Schedule & Commitment Requirements
- Must have consistent weekday morning/afternoon and weekend availability year-round
- Required attendance at weekly team meeting every Wednesday from 3:45pm–5:00pm
- Must be able to commit long-term (not seasonal or short-term employment)
- Reliable transportation required
