What we expect from you…
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
- Provide an outstanding customer service and membership experience — we treat our members like family here
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children every class
- Treat each class and each child like it’s their first day — EVERY WEEK!
- Communicate confidently with parents and lead classes independently
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team development
Schedule & Commitment
- Consistent weekday afternoon and weekend availability required
- Mandatory weekly team meeting Wednesdays 3:45–5:00pm
- Year-round availability (not seasonal or temporary)
- Reliable transportation required
- This role is best suited for candidates with a stable schedule and long-term availability

Bonus points if you have experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, coaching, early childhood education, kinesiology, or physical education — gymnastics background strongly preferred.
