Leadership Next: Civic Courage – Leading Through Polarization

We’re excited to launch Leadership Next, a new LMAN series designed to provide continued “class day” experiences for Leadership McKinney alumni. This series keeps alumni connected while tackling timely and relevant leadership topics.

Our first session, Civic Courage: Leading Through Polarization, includes a guided tour of the Collin County Jail Facility followed by a facilitator-led, workshop-style discussion over lunch.

Participants will engage in small-group conversations focused on leading through division, navigating difficult conversations, and modeling thoughtful civic leadership.
